  • This is gorgeous. Can I ask how you recorded the piano? Is it a midi track?

  • wow great video

    well done!

    (:

  • Nice but why only 720p? Is it 50fps or so?

  • @Huwaetje You can't get 1080p and 50fps on the 550 :(

P.S. great video, inspired me to make my own one sort of like this!

  • @maxxImmedia I know, that's why I asked "Why isn't it full HD? Did you use 50fps" cause you do have 50 and 60 fps recording at 720p. :)

  • i had the nikon l110 like you and upgraded to the 500d its so awsome :)

  • Nice vid ;) and what an awesome music, make more of it, i love it, could listen to it all day ^^

  • nice..nice

  • nice vids girl keep it up, i been using the artsy t2i for 3 month now and i wouldnt change it check out my vids 2 thanks

  • Very nice quality :)

  • Obviously a good camera, and I love your music!

  • I love the Depth of field. some nice videography as well :P

    kyle

  • Where in London was this? That music is great. :)

  • Such an amazing camera. I got one myself, saved all summer to get it, and I love it! Your footage looks great! But if you're going to be shooting short films with it, you might want to invest in a microphone. The built-in mic is good, but when operating, you hear all the turning and windings and such. Once again, footage looks good! Hope to see more!

  • That camera can make everything so purty!

  • Considering any other lenses? If you're looking for a good bokeh lens, get a 50mm f/1.8 or f/1.4, both produce great professional looking photos and video.

  • Congratulations on your camera :) Nice to see you in London.

  • @Kethors Haha thank you! I know was so weird, where was I again? You so should've said hi :)

  • @gbfilmproductions I didn't knew you are (or were) in London, I then would definitely come by and say Hi. And you should've been here when Philip Bloom was here. :)

  • dont u reckon the asian guy looks like he's holding a gun at 0:18. ok video, but the poignant music wasn't necessary

  • Amazing footage Georgia!! And the background music was amazing! It's soo cool that you composed it!!

  • I just got the same camera this week. Can I ask what SD card you are using - make and model? I'm looking for a good one for HD video. Thanks.

    P.S. LOVE THE VIDEO!!!!

  • @killerfm I have the transcend 16GB class 10 :) thanks!

  • @gbfilmproductions Can I also ask you what setting mode did you use?

  • @killerfm Not too sure, was 720p that's all i remember! :)

  • @gbfilmproductions That's ok. Thanks for your replies.

    GREAT WORK!!!

  • Love the video! Is it your camera or a uni one? The buzz lately about this camera is amazing!! Im going to take a wild guess that you either went on a day trip or your at Westminster uni? dw you dont have to say if it is or not. one of my friends went to westminster as its suppost to be up at the top for film and tv unis along with bournemouth and newport!!

  • @clatterowls Mine, i LOVE IT! And no I was home for the weekend, I live just outside London so wanted to take footage from there :)

  • @gbfilmproductions wicked! is it something you have literally just bought? i do think this model and the next few will be where filmmakers will turn to!! a fair enough! decided you wanted to move away to uni and no stay near home!.. good choice!:)

  • I watched it it 720p full screen. You have a very good "eye" for the moment and I like the play with the focus. Well done !

  • @Nightyyou Thanks, really appreciate it :)

  • Great quality from your camera! ^_^

  • Wow that was awesome. Great footage and your music is superb reminds me of the wonderful sounds of scholecultures . net

  • @vastoceanblue Thank you! :)

  • I'd advise to get a 50mm F1.8, switch the video mode to NTSC, 60fps 720 and slooooww it down a bit :)

  • @iH4RPER Good call I got a 550D recently and I love how cheap/good the 50mm f1.8 is. Probably want an ND filter to get shallow DoF in bright sunlight.

  • @DaleCampbellAcoustic Well I have the 18-135mm and the 50mm 1.8 but having a prime is so much sharper, better low light and DOF! Probably selling my zoom lens, only used it 4 times casually..

  • @iH4RPER Same, I keeping the kit zoom just incase. Picked up a Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 which is loads of fun and wiiiide. Do you per-chance follow Philip Bloom, if not I think you would dig his stuff.

  • @DaleCampbellAcoustic Just incase? There is no reason to keep it as it takes bad images at all ranges, I just want a F/2.8 zoom as for that extra aperture it gives you the ability to lower your iso and improve your images!

  • @iH4RPER Well its not worth much and though I can't imagine the situation sods law if I sold it I would need it for a long shot that I could get with my other lens.... A shot is better than no shot : ) eventually may look at a nicer zoom but constant aperture zooms are fairly costly.
