I would love to see a piece on the sport of skijoring. It has come up in conversations recently as we get closer to the snow season. I am always looking for great ways to not only get myself outside in the winter for a variety of great workouts, but also provide my dog with some fun, and a good workout too.

Poses you can do throughout the day. I seriously don't have 30 minutes to myself, so if I could get the best dozens poses....that would be ideal.
