some girl at one of my meets actually fell RIGHT one her face on the 110 hurdles and broke her neck, but she's still alive. the creepy part is that I was in the NEXT heat in the SAME LANE..... it was kinda scary...

i live in weedsport and my gym teather makes us run that everday that it is nice out lol i skip sometime its fun watching my friends in pain on that tract, i say 5 star that tract can be a pain u did a very good job just getting back up and running
