That' just nonsense. Bush declared war on Afghanistan & Iraq for 911 when 15 of the 18 criminals were from Saudi Arabia. I mean, WTF. Do you realize how many innocent people are dead? Wounded? Now we are still in Iraq, surging in Afghan,,, and talking about invading Iran and/or Pakistan.... AND NONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO PROTESTED SEEM TO CARE!!!!  Brainwashed lemmings...

Let' put the blame where it belongs! Shame on Bush for lying to us & the UN for reasons of war, then sending our troops overseas without proper equipment that caused over 30K hideous injuries. Shame on Bush for attacking Afghan then deploying our troops to Iraq. Meanwhile the Taliban & Al-Qaeda became stronger. Not sure where these people are getting their info but the facts are the President hasn't made any decision. Both these wars are colossal messes and the President is not going to make a decision until he has weighed all situations. I believe both sides of the aisle were all for the authorization to enter Afghanistan. He may not have made a decision, which baffles me as he is the head of the US military, but he has certainly authorized the bombing of Pakistani civilians. This war is quickly spinning out of control. The whole idea of voting against funding the war equating to not caring about the troops is repugnant.

A handful of criminals attacked us on 9/11 & we've killed 1.3M in Iraq -not sure of Afghans & Pakistanis dead. How is this justice? They didn't hurt us. And Obama is greatly concerned about our troops. It' been Sen. John Kerry who fought for proper equipment & Sen. Webb who wrote the new GI Bill which McCain voted against! Agree. But to shift troops all around W. Asia and call that end a war is naive. We've replaced the troops with expensive private contractors in iraq and still have residual forces there staying on permanent bases!

Obama did indeed order drone planes to bomb civilians in Pakistan. By 2010 Pakistan will be the next nation we will invade, even if with cooperation of the dictatorship govt of pakistan. We have been bombing and invading W. Asian nations since HW Bush, foreign policy never changes.

I re-read what you wrote. I think we're on the same page as for the war. However the President has not made any decision. In fact when an Afghan leader wrote him and told him not to send any more troops, because of the corruption within, Obama decided not to make a decision. So it' up in the air. Not sure why CBS is stating otherwise because it' not true.
