I remember this as the heaviest, most badass shit at the time. I saw Possessed in Seattle when they opened for Slayer on the Hell Awaits tour, before 7 Churches even came out. Swing of the Axe was the only tune we knew by these guys, and we all went totally apeshit when they played it.

I've always thought also that this version is way better than the E.P. version. Very raw & hellish sounding. I saw Possessed live opening for D.R.I. & Exodus at the Balboa & playing after Death Angel. I loved Exodus & DRI that night but Possessed stole the show. Dark Angel was scheduled on that bill that night but they never showed: flakers.
