Wow-- nice job! This piece is so fun, and even though you were a bit more metronomic than Liz Story, I'm assuming that's your interpretation. Overall I like it very much.
The arrangement for this song is in print. It is in the collection "17 seconds to anywhere" which you can find and purchase on Amazon for about $20... well worth the money.
You play very well technically, but if you ever listen to Liz Story you'll see that she does not stick to a metronome... she loosens up and takes some liberty with tempo and dynamics. Nonetheless, thanks for posting this piece.
OH MY GOSH!!! I've been looking for this song for so long! thank you for posting this it was very well played! do you have the sheet the sheet music for this? anyways, great job, 5 stars!
the sheet music for Captain April is available in the collection, "17 seconds to anywhere." You can find it on Amazon and it sells for about $20. It's one of the few Liz Story collections still in print. I have most of her other pieces, and will be happy to email you a PDF of the ones that are no longer in print. cary_r at yahoodotcom
Of the out of print pieces that I have on PDF copy: Wedding Rain, Things with Wings, Solid Colors, Hermes Dance, Ana, Frog Park, Toy Soldiers, Forgiveness, Church of Trees, Escape of the Circus Ponies, Sounding Joy, and probably a few others. I won't email anything that is still in print. 17 Seconds to Anywhere is still in print. Those that are out of print, I will email on a limited basis. cary_r at yahoo-dot-com
Huh, whaddya know. 17 Seconds to Anywhere is no longer in print. I guess I will have to PDF it and make those pieces available. If there are some of the pieces from that album you want, let me know and when I get around to PDF'ing them I will email them to you.
I wish someone would do her version of Menuett #6 cause i cant find it anywhere

Nicely done, but I agree with the other person below who said that the tempo is way too fast.

very nicely...

this is way too fast, the song is counted in 1 and it is 60 bpm. You are faster than the actual tempo
