to get outside use the double heart refresh tech ( search it on youtbe ) in numerous places .. the outer wall , royal chapel , castle keep , works everywhere .
Now theres a numerous techs to realy fill out the map but they are to many to explain here :(
Two i all you need plus a duplicator wich is a must. You can use money glitch to get the duplicator unless you are playing the psp DXC version, if so then you are forced to get it the hard way.

@mikeelman Ahh, I got a duplicator already. i saw it in another video that I have to use it =P And yes, I use the PSP version.
