dude...heart stopper arua + pulse is the best build for lane-ganking early. keep ur opponents low at all time and you only need enough mana for ~2 pulses serving as killing nukes. early pulse+sadist doesn't help out your farming that much if your opponent is actively denying because it's hards to save up more than 2 low hp creep to kill in one pulse.

I've played some DOTA but I don't know much about the tourniments; what is the deal with bans? How does that work?

@jnthnbush bans are selected at the beginning of the match between both teams. Basically they chose heroes that cannot be chosen in the game. Teams ban heroes that would mess up their strategy they have going into the game. Bans also can indicate builds for the opponent.

1) PL -> When he gets radi he can just nuke a hero and radi will take like 100 hp off a decent ammount of enemy heroes.

2) Wind walk -> Survivability

3) His ultimate gives a LOT of magic resistance.

4) No Cool down on Phantom Lancer's illusions, Naga only has 3 illusions, if those die they are just gone.

I think they are good at doing different things. To me, Naga's more 'burst', in that her three illusions with innate Crit built in own more in mid game. Naga can also sleep and 'burst' jack a tower or set up positioning during fights.

PL's has more longevity in terms that his illusions happen through the entire game, and he's mostly crowd control with sparkles everywhere during fights.
