L4D2 puts the zombie collection to a new level. It is seriously the most frightening thing i've truly ever played. If you have not got it and played it as of yes, head out to L4D2dlXcom (replace X with . ). These people got it for free there!

I've been told there's an iron sight mod for the original L4D. That probably means that there either is or will be an iron sight mod for L4D2. Valve needs to start making the weapons in their FPS games aimable. They put so much detail into the weapon models. I respect the work they do, don't get me wrong. But I'm an iron sight advocate. FPS games feel incomplete these days without functional sights on every weapon.

From my own experience playing L4D2, I can say without a doubt that there's a lot more depth to the strategy and gameplay, especially VS mode. All the new melee weapons have their distinct advantages and disadvantages over pistols so it's not just fluff added.

I was one of the people that did not buy this game its all hype and bull....and from what i have seen you could kill players with a BBGun there that easy to kill.

It's not that bad and it really shines at multiplayer and there easy to kill for a reason like in Serous Sam its only you and 4 others against hundreds of enemies that come at you very fast so it would be imposable to win if they all had large health bars but most of all you should not give judgment on a game you have never played or have only played for a very short time. If you don't feel like spending money just torrent it and if you like it buy it. If you still hate it well that's that.

how could guru larry forget the weapons

i know he mentions the melle weapons like the chain saw but theres the katana cricket bat frying pan & a few others

the main guns the original ones r there from the first but there a hell of a lot more & the hunting riffle is awsome

there is a adrenalin shots 2 give u a good pick me up and go faster for a brief time and a charge kit to bring your dead pals back from the dead

theres a new throw projectile & its a boomer barf in a jar works nicely on tanks:)

I've played the levels several times. They're the same the weapons are just scattered differently. The only weather to speak of is in hard rain and that level has some amazing weather but unfortunately it seems to be all set to happen at timed intervals or when you cross certain triggers.

" im sorry but i must disagree, yes the graphics are a bit shinier and there are more special infected and you can have special ammo packs... but overall i was pretty damn dissapointed, this game was like MW2... there was loads of hype but overall IW and Valve sold us all out.. i didnt even buy MW2 because i knew it would be utter shite.. but got L4D2 and its ok game.. but i like many expected more

You're seriousely comparing the level of hype around this game to that of MW2? The game that sold millions of copies in the first week alone?

I'll admit there doesn't seem to be that much added on the surface, but playing it, it feels completely different to L4D1. Besides, it's a game about four people mowing down wave after wave of zombies with a variety of weapons and other means. What more could you want?
