No, unless that one is a top skilled hacker with more than 25 years of experience. and since real hackers don't have time to do such things I would feel very safe. I have given my IP to thousands of people who said they could hack me using my ip. and all of them failed... so no worries, your safe. If one has just your IP. it's useless, you can not hack one with just his IP

trust me I'm not dumb. I got a dynamic IP, means every time I reconnect to the internet I get a fresh new IP. Btw, showing your IP somewhere isn't dangerous at all, only noobs believe you can hack someone when you have his IP.
long story short, just an IP address is useless when you want to "hack" someone
