Take some advice, both about giving warnings and constructive criticism.

It's always best to put up warnings that can be seen no matter what. Putting a warning like that in an annotation is just sloppy and dangerous to those who have annotations off, which this person probably did. Warnings should be clearly placed in the video, not as an after thought annotation.

Second, the flashing and "Please Subscribe" parts were distracting. Video would have been better without them.
