I asked myself the same thing at first, but my guess is that because Uranus and Neptune are practically similar in size the original authors of this animation just decided to leave that planet out just to keep things "moving along" in a more dramatic fashion I suppose.
BTW, if you notice, Pluto isn't there either, probably for similar reasons.
@knockup100 I don't think that's the reason, rather perhaps it was considered too similar in size to Mercury that they decided to just leave it out. The point of the animation is simply to illustrated just how big (and subsequently small we are in relation to) some of the universes known objects are to one another. Quite mind blowing!

@jjpulley No Pluto isnt there because its now considered as a dwarfplanet just like Ceres and Eris.
