hilarious how you put the great Reverand Martin Luther King Jr. in a video with obama.
King a man who openly believed in God and Jesus Christ since day 1. A man that did more for this country than obama ever has or will. A man that did everything the honest way, and took beatings and imprisonment just because he wanted equality for his people. I sure don't remember anything about King bashing the Jewish community, or even us the whites for that matter.
Wow I find this extremely ironic....Wasn't the revered king fighting all that oppression so that one day a black man could in fact gain such a title as president of the united states??....And it is sad that subconscious racism won't allow that man or our black community to enjoy it. God guys give the man a chance...
People are going to HAVE to wake up and see that the people do not elect the Prez its the electoral college. Which means that is your State Representative and Sentors. NOT the people of popular choice.
I can really see that McCain is going to be elected due to the job market is very weak. Can you imagine all the military personnel coming home to what jobs? You think the job market is bad now just wait when we bring home the troops who mainly are reservist.
Sam Cooke still to this day had a silky, smooth voice that no one has ever or ever will duplicate. This song is truly inspirational. Vote please so we can get rid of these Republicans that are destroying are way of life. Sam Cooke the best and I mean the best ever!!!
I am english too and I really hope Obama can signal a change not only for America but for the world, even though I am white this song always brings a lump to my throat.
I live in the u.k. and am English, but completely agree with this video and song. I loved Sam Cooke my favourite singer , and MLK also admire Obama hope he is the next President.
I made this video to honor Dr. King and to highlight how far we have been led away from his dream by the corruption and greed of the Bush Administration. It's been a long time coming and I pray that a Change is Gonna Come. Barack Obama for President in 08'.
Thanks for watching, now, go register to vote, if you haven't already.

this is very well put together, the content of the clips, tells the story, as I feel rage and at same have tears in my eyes. Then the clip of Bush at 2:38 and I laughed, but the feeling of helplessness persists.
I appreciate your comment and I feel the same. I am also optimistic that the American People will rise up and demand that we elect a President who will once again lead by their example in showing the world our progressive, resourceful, innovative, bold and compassionate nature. Barack Obama is the living proof of the American Dream and I will hold my 4 year old daughter on high on the 8th of November as we elect Barack Obama POTUS.
Maybe it will change when we vote for compitency over symbolism.Hope and change my a--.
