i buyed the album only for this and supermanic soul.... the rest of the songs i believe are pure shit... still ihave no regrets.. this only song pays the whole fukin piece of shit album. thnx for uploadimn
This song is avant-garde! Incredibly powerful and speaks without words. The repetition with the killer beats and then of course the twisted sax! Who does that? Ministry! That is who!!
one of my favourite albums.. filth pig too. I like when it sounds so cold but so intense at the same time. I love it becouse in this album there's a free jazz saxophone too
A lot of Ministry fans only want to hear "Just One Fix" style over and over and over. That's why this album is so underrated by Ministry fans. Dark Side of the Spoon is darker, experimental, and is like the little brother album to "The Mind is a Terrible thing to Taste".
@LivinWorstNightmare agreed! one of their most personal albums. they are basically basking in the absence of everyone that should care but does not understand.
@MrVolgar pretty much every album made after Psalm 69 is underated. Animositisomina was the closest sounding album to Psalm 69, yet it still got overlooked. I can understand why the thrash albums may be looked down apon by old ministry fans. But Filth Pig/Spoon/Animositisomina were all great albums.
Ministry may be my favorite band, but the fans can be very confusing.
And thanks to you for putting them up. Most ppl did seem to dislike this album. I love select tracks, but others I never cared much for. It was definitely a bit different for the hardcore Ministry fans. But, considering that they started out as synthpop, it seems they've always made an effort to switch it up. And, radically at that.
It is far from my favorite album, but I had these tracks uploaded for a year or so, and I noticed people did like it, so it was only fair to re-upload it with the rest of my Ministry albums.
I GOT EVERY THING FROM MINISTRY AND THIS IS MY FAV. ALBUM
