@jsj297 Sorry only just seen this comment but yeah I got his book for women when I got pregnant with my little girl and successfully quit for 6 months with only patches for first 2 days then nothing, I then got in a bad situation that started me off again unfortunately and I can't get that same drive back, maybe I should pull the book out again and read it lol.
The town I live in doesn't have a noise ordinance, but the police will come and issue written warnings for disorderly conduct. If the noise continues and the police are called back, the offending person/people are sometimes charged with disorderly conduct. People have been warned for making banging noises in apartments and screaming/talking loudly outside, too. Call landlord/police, maybe they can help.

They will be banning it here as well starting in October. I dindn't know that they would ban drinking over there though, that would be real shitty for me ha. When we are at a bar though, you have to walk like 15 feet away from the building which means you would be standing in the middle of the parking lot. Glad i quit when i did cause when it gets cold i sure wouldn't wanna be standing in a middle of a parking lot.
I used to smoke, but i quit when 2 years ago as a new years resolution and haven't smoked yet, it is very hard to kick once started. I started when i was in 9th grade. It's really hard when your drinking cuase it goes hand in hand ha.
