While everybody may have a right to healthcare with prior existing conditions it did not stop the insurance agencies from tripling their rates to cover the difference. thus ironically making it harder to get or afford insurance for most people. While everybody may have a right to healthcare with prior existing conditions it did not stop the insurance agencies from tripling their rates to cover the difference. thus ironically making it harder to get or afford insurance for most people.
