She's an attention whore if she's doing the same thing with every other guy she knows or comes into contact with. The ignoring thing is stupid. He's not the center of her world, she won't suffer. If she's got him by his balls (which she does, obviously), she can run to any other guy. HE is being a pushover. Girls don't like pushovers. Man up and get the girl. If she doesn't want him, there's probably a good reason why.
