I don't think the Youtube community has gotten a good introduction to The Atlantis King yet. You should post his "word music" video too so people can better understand his methods of spreading knowledge!

A lot of what he says is very insightful. People associate themselves with their mind which is wrapped in the past and the future. This makes it so that they can never be fully aware of the present moment. We need to learn to observe thought to transcend beyond it. Its what the Buddha preached!
