The fact Sussex Police receive less than 1 complaint per 1000 incidents is extremely impressive especially when you consider their role involves telling people to do things they don't want to. When you take into account the fact that only a fraction of these complaints are upheld the figures are even more impressive. You have too much time on your hands, get yourself a hobby, enjoy your retirement.
You Sussec Police website is far easier to navigate than your own
and as a matter of fact I am very proud to "serve Sussex Police" in the capacity that I fund them from my council tax!
Perhaps I am wrong and your video is neither childish ( cuckoo noises ?) or Victor Meldrewish . Of all UK forces, Sussex Police is one of the best. It is VERY easy to find information on how to make a complaint. "contact us" --> "how to complain" You say it is very difficult to find that information. Perhaps it is you that has difficulty in understanding simple logic?
Checking the Sussex Police website, very easy to locate their complaint procedure. Click contact us then how to complain. The most logical place for it to be. On the site map page, "contact sussex police" is there. Click on that and How to complain appears again. In fact, at the bottom of every single page on the Sussex Police website, 'contact sussex police' appears at the bottom of the page, which when clicked "make a complaint" option appears on the left hand side. How difficult can it be ?
If you think that using the phrase "contact us" is the most logical way of giving prominence to complaints procedures, presumably you serve Sussex Police in some capacity.
That's quite an arrogant erroneous assumption. It is blatently obvious that if I want to contact Sussex Police for any reason including making a complaint, clicking on 'contact Sussex Police' which is at the bottom of every page on their website will give me information on doing just that.
Good video shows up the bent cop's.

Of course, walking into the local nick and stating that you wish to make a complaint will also work.
