@khav11 Probert jumped McCarthy from behind and still got pounded. I never saw Gillies, Playfair, or Wilson ever jump a guy and then get worked over. Those 3 guys are far above Probert's ability. Dave Brown was also better. That's 4 guys right off the top of my head. Probert's running out of space on the top 5 list really fast. No better than #8 all-time; had a losing record against Berube, McKenzie, Laus, Curt Fraser, and others. #5 on your list should be someone who can do better

Eric Cairns was excellent fighter, such like Top20 fighter of all the time. his start wasnt best but became quickly dominant fighter though...

That Mr. Juha could watch Probert get raped by Belanger and still think Probert is best all-time is very loyal -- but nonsensical. Brown was actually much better at avenging losses than Probert. Probert had so many opportunities to avenge losses because he lost so often. Brown is unquestionably higher than Probert because they played the same era, Brown's W-L was much better

I think Brown would beat Probert about 7 times out of 10 because he was a better fighter, but 1-1 is where they are. The reason I've always said Behn Wilson is best all-time is because I can easily say Wilson lost close decisions to guys like McClelland and Fotiu. Probert got absolutely shitkicked by Simon and Belanger -- there's NO rational reason to say he'd win rematches
