Very true, everyone is contributing. But my point is that James Hetfield always writes all the songs. James Hetfield can play solos just as good as Kirk, Lars is not a great drummer compared to alot of other drummers from the same genre and Jason Newsted didnt write alot of special stuff neither. I can name alot of other bassists/drummers/lead guitarists who did alot more special stuff compared to their frontman. I like bands where each member contributes the same amount.

This video doesn't do this show justice (no pun intended lol). When the song picks up at 4:30, there are strategically positioned strobe lights that go off behind the band that look like machine gun fire, evoking the theme of the song. It was their most ambitious stage design to date and it was amazing to watch from 50 feet away on that tour.
