It is a Mapex...look to the tom holder....and the tom badge, it looks like the old Mapex's Badges...and that finished is a Mapex's classic one..."ice blue" or something like that... not a Mpex fun really...Premier and Yamaha Rules....

@NextTremonti01 Yeah, it was a Mapex. One of the other bands had used it...I believe it was Kevin Miller's kit (State of the Art/Fuel/Tantric). Originally, Scott wasn't even sure that he was going to play that night...so I think he just jumped on that kit since it was there.
