  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmkaaaay! xDDD

  • skill

  • this guy's probably very good at doggy style

  • yo, does anybody know a striking channel that updates regularly? like submissions 101 does for jiujitsu?

  • @beargrylls3 Kwonkicker has a really great channel for striking in general. he emphasizes most on kicks because he is TKD practioner, but he is also a kickboxer/muay thai and he does toturials for punches and elbows and alot of other great stuff for martial artist. Check him out, my technique has improved alot since i started to watch his torturials.

  • 0:06-0:23 looks good

  • All his videos give some good tips..cheers mate

  • I don't understand my teacher said the knee what is kneeing (sorry for bad english ) with the same sided shoulder should be in front to make better stance . I Don't say your wrong becouse you more experienced then i am . but i think it my teacher says true i mean i really got greater stability by having my same sided shoulder in the front end in the procec i can keep my guard up easy .

  • What about the clich game can u show us some of that? I know mui thai has some cliches in it ( only 1 but its still a big part and it can really devistate someone when u use it right

  • fkkk this guy would mess you up

  • shut the fuck up

  • damn, after reading the "mmkay" comments, I only hear "okay, okay, okay" :(

  • APAPAP APPPPAPAPAPAPAPAPAPAP AAAAAAAAAAAAAPACHI!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • u can do it just put yo back into it... okie

  • Tony Jaa would still own you....okay?

  • HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH lmfao... i look at the top comment.. go midway through the video "mmmkayyy"

  • How many times can you possibly say OKAY?!?!?!?!

  • the very beginning was so fucking funny just knees over and over and over

  • mmmmkayyy....fuckin south park here lmao

  • repeat 3:13

  • very good knees. i learned a lot.

  • Is striking with your right elbow with your left knee at the same time effective? because when i tried to do it, it worked... it also could be followed with left elbow plus right knee

  • thanks! this simple hip jerk added a lot of power to my knee. and the hand position was excellent in warding off the punches and clinch attempts.

  • Like that dude from south park :) AHAHHA MMMKAY

  • mmm... okay...okay

  • 69 people are keyboard fighters!

  • thumbs up!

  • drugs are bad mmkay

  • @halabalo195 I cant watch this video seriously now haha

  • not maryjane mmkay.

  • segura a seta para esquerda quando o video estiver no 0.00 e depois para cima quem quer jogar snake da um joinha quem conseguiu!!!

  • murder of the bag?

  • mmhkay...

  • When I try to knee any object even very lightly, I can feel them hurting and I know I shouldn't be doing them. Yet, this doesn't really happen with my elbows and punches. Even my knuckles can take more force than my knees -- and my knuckles aren't that powerful either. What gives? Background: I don't train in any striking arts and I'm just trying these out for fun with very light force.

  • @theguyi26 Well thats normal. Your elbows and especially your knuckles are going to have a much higher pain threshold than your knees if you dont train in the striking arts. I boxed for 4 years before I began Muay Thai, and my knees did hurt at times. But if you dont have any experience and your trying out for fun it doesnt surprise me your knees are hurting since...well you dont go around kneeing things haha

  • he has cop hair..lol

  • THERE SHOULD BE A SEPERATE LESSON ON FOOT WORK.

MOVEMENT AND POSITON . WHEN AND WHERE TO STEP DIAGONAL VS STRAIGHT INTO AND MAKE KICK.

CONDTIONS AND SITUATIONS WHEN TO SWITCH FOOT. ANGLE -PIVIOT STEPPING .

KNEES ONE SHOULD HAVE PUMMELING PREVIOUSLY DEVELOPED !!

THERE NEEDS TO BE FURTHER EXPLANEATION OF ARMS AND PULLING AND PUSHING DURING MAKEING OF KNEES!!!

PULLING IS GOOD FOR BODY CHECKING THEN PUSH OUT FOR A KNEE!

~~LETS TALK THAT CONCEPT UP SOME,

    BELLY TO BELLY KNEES ????

  • ' OKAY ' lol

  • is it me or does he talk like the school counciler in south park?

  • It seems like to do Muay Thai, you need to be a wiry little guy...

  • @TheHulkgaz not really look at allistar overeem hes huge

  • @TheHulkgaz - You just need to be explosive, in shape and have good technique. Here is Badr vs Overeem. /watch?v=7h_z1cgWxY8

This is not Muay-Thai but Kickboxing under K-1 rules. But you get the idea.

  • m'kay.

  • ok :)

  • nice puffy pants..

  • mhmm K this guy sounds exactly like mr. mackey (1:46 perfect example)

  • his elbows should be facing the ground... and he doesnt cover his face well when he jabs...

  • remember if you're working from the thai clinch and your in an orthodox stance, left hand under right and never interlock your fingers, opposite ( left over right) if you're a south paw.

  • Ok, so in the beginning, the dude went ham on the bag for like 20 secs. Imagine if tht was a persons face/ribs. Can u say "oh damn he dead" lol

  • the 1st guysleft is more powerful than his right.

  • Thank you so much for this, sir! I really like your detalis!

  • You need new shorts, is that XXL ?

  • The first part of the video look like "PEANUT BUTTER JELL TIME" :D

  • I've always been fascinated by muai thai kickboxing. Must have been the video games. I'm training a little and couldn't help but wonder... even though you get distance on your knee by pushing yours hips forward and being on tips of toes... but the question is... don't you risk the loss of balance since you are allowing all your weight to be supported by your toes?

  • @nefphlegm yes you are and that is why it is important to have good balance.. trian your balance as much as you trian your jabs kicks whatever because it is very important part of fighting to keep balance

  • m'kaaay

  • what a man..

  • the guy is a bit of an arsehole, but he has some good tips and has a nice gym

  • his knees look victious or maybe it was da angle etheir way the tech was good

  • look like he was trying to kill kill some one ...but the knee ur fast .

  • Since the screen was red in the beginning, I can say this......... BRUTALITY!!!!!!!!

  • you suck sir

  • mkayy?

  • THAT BAG GOT RAPED!@!@#$!^!@$&@#

  • great stuff, however, when using your right direct (which comes from far) I would try to step/hop out a little on my right foot and throw a hard kick to the liver with the left shin before the punch comes close,I also create distance (leg is longer than arm). then I am next to you. ofcourse following it up with hard right direct or diagonal elbow, maybe left hook (headorbody) and right lowkick and stepout. Just making conversation about the sport I love. greetz from Holland (you prob heardofus

  • can anyone take lessons for muai thai?

  • mkay?

  • its hard to work a bag with straight knees, you have to use a partner with pads...

  • One nigger tried something like this at me, and I just grabbed him and laughed at hes face. He failed to hit me at all with the knees.

  • @stealdeal, haha, true.

  • mokay?

  • he uses "ok" as a punctuation mark. hilarious

  • wow what a guide. this is not how i learned muay thai AT ALL. BAD ADVICE.

  • "I played in South Park Hmm...kay?"

  • blah blah blah...OK?.... blah blah blah ....

  • "i got cracked"

  • i realized u sed ok alot of times...ok

  • nice vids but this isnt realy tru muay tai this is kick boxing real muay tai is much more aggressive and more fluid with explosive movements just look at tony jaa movies like ong bak his style is defanatly muay tai wth maybe a lil technique here and there in the movies from other styles like kung fu for example or taikwondo wich is more snappy then fluid (in my oppinnion)

  • @wepntech You mean Muay Boran?

  • @jerrywu78 ah nope i meant muay tai unless thers somethin in the history of it i dont know im more inclined in the japanese then ah korean is it hmm lemme see i wiki it oh tailand duh lol hmm im gonna have to study a globe or somethin my world geography suks even though i did it in high school lol

  • @wepntech Ohh muay boran was the first form of muay thai...the killing art, then they made a sport out of it and called it Muay thai :D soo im sure you meant muay boran :P, the Tony Jaa Style right?

  • @jerrywu78 ah i c never researched into it much but yes i guess i do mean muay boran even though in the movies they still call it muay tai (ong bak 1 2 and 3) he was tought it by a monk in ong bak 2 i think or maybe the first one he went after the ong bak stone god head that appearently his poor lil town worshipped as ther idol (fake god) wat i learned was a lot of the muay... i trained in was around elephent legs and similar things so it came in handy in tight spaces a few times minus lethality

  • @wepntech Ohh nice, i want to learn the muay boran kata forms...Those look like something i can practice at home over and over :P and they look cool

  • @jerrywu78 yes very cool indeed and good for practiseing at home but also extremely dangerous if tought to the wrong people or even used through pure anger instead of purpose not many people in my oppinnion have the discipline, heart, or will too learn muay boran if i remember correctly it was originaly designed for the emporors elite troops too take care of combat lines on the ground working with around and under the armed and armoured elephents while he dealt with the larger picture mostly

  • @wepntech looks like you know more than i do :P But not surprising to find that muay boran is a martial art for the elite....But for me, i would try to learn as much as i can.

  • @jerrywu78 sounds good but any tru martial artist tries (in my oppinnion) to become worthy of the....title elite the emporors elite in tailand or wtvr was the jutuankurat or somethi like that corect if any one knows but ah ya they trained in families from the monks who were the elders of the art and the clans that raised and protected the elephants for the emporor i train mostly to improve myself and i am not blind enuff to think that i am unbeatable i have had my ass handed too me many times.

  • @wepntech Dam u suck then lol jk. You have a good philosophy towards your training. Yeah I believe Martial Artists Should compete to test their skills and go fight in a ring, cage, box, triangle, etc, with other skilled fighters. This can only reinforce their training and make them less fearful in a real-life confrontation. average joe isnt so bad after you fought another sport fighter...unless he has a gun but thats a whole different topic lol.

  • @dss103 well kiss me arse then lol jk. i'll take the rest as a compliment and agree with you also, and i am also trained in weapons of the firearm kind including assault rifle pistol and others use, defence, maintenece, jery rigging, and destruction if neccassary, oh and while a candian forces recruit i had 5 sepperate assault rifles each one a different varient of the c7 series wich is the canadian bastard son of the m16 family of rifles baisicly the same still remember all the numbers for em 2

  • Basically the harder you can hump the air, the harder your knee will be

  • Gotta keep the elbows in broseph

  • Remember to kick with the inner side of your knee, not your knee cap.

  • @ribbitism well ive always been taught to keep my foot flat, tho i do know understand that either way you have less balance either way

  • MUITO ANIMALLLLL!!! AMEIII

  • last time i checked, if you went on the ball of your foot while kicking or kneeing you lost some balance and became vunerable to be knocked on your arse

  • @lofty252 that's going to happen regardless because of what you're doing with your weight, position, and being on only one foot - flat footed or not. idea is to learn the best compromise to achieve your goal, no?

  • Um-kay um-kay try to count how many times he says it good trainin tho

  • amateur

  • yea its funny how he speaks but remember HE WILL KILL YOU

  • lol a guy have did this to me to my stomach then i got out of control and simple i did from and arm lock probaly i wined

  • he says "O'kay M'kay" 36 times in this video, MR MACKEE DRUGS ERR BAD M'KAY

  • this porno music is getting lame

  • ok he sounds like the guy of south park

  • this dude looks like a tool. ( this comment has no reference to his fighting ability or perhaps lack there of idk an dont care.-- so dont bother with a "i bet he'll kick ur ass comment",.. just sayin he looks like the retarded gym teacher that thinks he can take anyone an everyone. lol i just get that radiating vibe from him.

  • i like your vids greetings from germany

  • thanx alot

  • mkay

  • der hat lange arme ^^

  • i perfer regular muay thai not this mma stuff

  • This is wrong ! you do not have your hands like that when you do a knee in muaythai farang cant do the boxing of the thais.

  • What was not differentiated was the difference between a free knee (which was instructed for most of the video) and knees within the clinch. The knees on the bag were terrible; too far away, little control of the bag, not bringing in the bag and driving the knee using momentum.

  • He should know that knees on a bag like that are not best way to teach technique, you really need a partner. Oh and one thing.. always left right left etc sorry, but you have demonstrated what most supposed Muay Thai nearlys always miss out on.. the switch. Employ that and you will change your tune of speed and power.

  • thanks for the info

  • im gona go out & try that on some one RIGHT NOW

  • @CutThr0ats did it work?

  • @CutThr0ats I SMELL MURDER?????

  • @CutThr0ats did he die ?

  • @CutThr0ats lol yo

  • @CutThr0ats yeah right, you are a brave keyboard warrior...

  • @CutThr0ats good luck :D

  • its like the southpark episode where they counted how many 'shit' was said. instead of shit its ok and thats a lot of ok's ok.

  • ensina bem pra caramba !

  • southpark sucks

  • Ok.

  • Straight knees he says, and then we see a guy working the bag with outside knees...

  • @stealdealkill The guy working the bag is in a clinch, that's what holding the bag represents. The dude doing the instruction is talking about setting the knee up with a jab. Completely different scenarios.

  • @stealdealkill He's clinching the bag, so knees tend towards the outside. Single knees outside of the clinch are straight most of the time. You will rarely see thais throw straight knees in the clinch.

  • @stealdealkill what the guy on the bag is doing is called a round knee. you usually do that if your in a muay thai clinch.(sorry i do muay thai :D )

  • @stealdealkill yea those are deff side knees to the ribs and not straight knee's

  • @stealdealkill But I think that's because the guy doing the outside knees had a clinch on the bag, the guy explaining was talking about stand-up trading, not clinch knees.

  • @stealdealkill they are 2 different styles to use your knee.....

  • @stealdealkill..........Thats because he was in a grapel. Its a differnt strike with the knee when your in a grapel. Often you have to come in and around. (as well as using a straight knee) This will help you to avoid clashing with each others knees.

  • @goodcat1982 amen

  • @kelava85..........thanks. i jsut though i'd put the amature straight :)

  • @stealdealkill he said straight for the stomach. the other guy training, not in a real fight so it dont matter how he hits. either way he'd kill a dude like tht lol

  • @stealdealkill if he knees straight into the bag. he will fuck up his knees big time. thats why he is going from the outside. he looks sloppy when he does it tho.

  • @stealdealkill Two completely different things. outside knees are to fuk up sides and thighs in the clinch, straight knees are good when your in close and need to gain space; there nice in the solar plex like he said. but i agree its stupid to show two different styles like that

  • @stealdealkill Straight knees on a punching bag hurts with a heavy bag lol

  • Very good explanation. Thanks for sharing.

  • hes a fighter not a literature professor!! so stop naggin ok!!

  • @InWitheNew

    mr mackey

  • YEAH DUDE! jajajaja

  • I train Thaiboxing and I think that when someone knee strike to ribs have won.

  • oke

  • Very good, will put it to practice :D

  • hes gotta work on his anatomy better lol

  • explain?

  • @AlexCameronMulcahy what i mean is when he says hes aiming for the solarplexs(i know the spelling is probably wrong) and the sternim ( spelling is probably wrong there 2) he is rubbing his abdominal area ... the sternum and w/e are high on the best ... hes kinda in the middle of his gut.... its still a great vid though

  • Awh yep yep, i get ya now! Cheers for the reply.

  • Can you train me? Pleeease? :D

  • o.k.

  • if u go for this front straight knee it will never happen lol :D

  • not 100% Muay Thai (Thaistyle) knees but OK...!

  • okey.

  • good explanation, but the bad thing is that they dont close the clinch, they leave space between them and the opponent, in this case, the bag... leaving space between them, leaves the opponent space to escape or to block or to even counter their clinch... closing ur elbows together and pulling their faces closer to ur sholder will make this technique more effective =]

  • Nice technique. But i hate how people repeat the same word while they give speahes. This guy says OK like 100 times

  • Good vids. Keep up the good work.

  • great explaination.

  • predictable, I think you should be open to many things

  • like ur an muay thai expert

  • I'm not an expert in muay thai, but I practice jkd in free time, the no form way of fighting

  • 3.14 Will K.O. everyone.
