I have the same issue. It does that stutter sounds then I switch it off and it runs again. The other day though it took me about 15 minutes of that stutter and then in a second it fired up again. Any thoughts on how to fix the problem?? The bike has only 300 miles on it!!
Did you find a fix for this? My quad has developed the same problem. Its NOT the trottle position cable and it continues to throw an engine code that indicates throttle position sensor is stuck - which is NOT the case.
I suspect its the actual Throttle Position Sensor, any lucking fixing this yet?
is it efi or carb? if its carb then they arnt tuned properly.. dont know about efi but probley something similar... take it back and say you want either your money back, a new one, or fixxed
Seems to be fixed so far, bad electrical connections in one of the weather pack connectors the control module. We'll see! Amazing how you get some response to a problem by the dealer when you post video, huh?

TPS Adjustment worked perfect for me....Put 800 miles n since.....No issues

I had same problem due to overheating. Cleaned out rad and all ok.

I had the same trouble on my 09 you will need to adjust your throttle cable and it will go away good luck
