Wow, pretty cool. Going up and down the strings is the hard part that get some people, and other than that tapping is one of the easiest things to do on a guitar (well for me it is O_o). But either way he nailed it, and seeing a 9 year old doing it is amazing to me. Very nice.

this is not an easy skill. especially not for a 9 yr old. yes, there is a lot of reverb and distortion which does help to imrpove the sound of tapping, but 99% of the notes have the same dynamic (probably the most important aspect of tapping). The phrasing and tempo is leaves a little to be desired but there arnt any disjointed harmonies.

No one even bothers to learn tapping anymore because it is a limited art. Tapping was perfected while you were still in diapers. The reason no one bothers to learn is because tapping is no longer this cutting edge guitar technique that it once was. The only people who still learn are people who think they are talented because they can do something flashy.
