  • The one on the left seems is not washing effectively, I mean as it SHOULD DO, to less water for the clothes to be agiated and flushed properly, the one on the right seems is working RIGHT!

    They looks to be identical, only the one on the left has a plastic cup on the softener dispenser, and i guess has a too low water level setted.....
