i think it should be the last... i love 'rescue me' as much as anyone else but only seasons 1-3 really shine. all shows can only be good for so long and 'rescue me' is one of the best short-lived. kinda of like the theme in the show, nothing good lasts.

I honestly thought season 4 was the best season yet.  I agree nothing good lasts, but I don't think Rescue Me has come close to running its course yet.

maybe not. Honestly I stopped watching season 4 after like 4 episodes 'cause I just didn't feel like it was the same show anymore but maybe I should have stayed with it. I dunno. I'll still be glad as long as the show is on though because I'll never get sick of it. Except I'm so mad that they killed Tommy's brother at the end of Season three! What a travesty!
