Tudou is MUCH better than YouTube, just my personal opinion.
YouTube:
You can't put up videos longer than 10 min. Can't use anything "copyrighted", sucks... sometimes I just want to use some songs as bg music for my videos, but they won't let me.
You can't officially download videos from YouTube. The only good thing is it's very, very popular, so it has more videos, even random crap.
Tudou has basically the opposite what YouTube hasn't. Fewer videos, but longer duration, etc.

It has SO MANY movies & tv shows, etc.! You could connect your computer to a large screen or something and enjoy movies from Tudou at home, with family or friends!

If Tudou does become popular in the US and other western nations, then it would be very likely that the big record labels will catch on and start making their "desperate" attempts to try to remove their copyrighted content. I don't read very much Chinese (simplified characters especially), so I just use Google Translate for what I can't read (most of them, lol).
Tudou suck, the dumb ad really kills it if I want to watch free movie I go to better site,beside it stream is so freaking slow
