Just so you know...Amazon has pulled the book AND, under the law, anyone can write a how to guide on ANYTHING (making bombs, the perfect murder and even pedophilia)...it's protected under the first amendment of free speech.

@JamezVision Depends on the crime. There is no statute of limitations on murder. Amazon is actually censoring him. Regardless if you or anyone likes it or not, his rights are being trampled. I don't agree with him writing the book in the first place - but that is the same reason the ACLU defeneds the KKK. I may not agree with what you say but I will defend your right to say it.
