Digging deep into my reference material and personages, but this is so NOT Al. The lyrics are his, but someone else is singing them, and expanded on them himself. Here we go, the artist performing here is Bob Ricci, you can find a sample of this exact tune on the Mad Music Archive. Incredibly funny guy, did a great job of expanding the original parody, but good or bad, he's not "Weird Al" Yankovic.

Fact is, Paul came to Weird Al in 1984 and asked why Al had never parodied one of his songs. This was his response (and as others have said, Al respected Paul's discomfort with releasing it because of his objection to the eating of animal flesh...), Fact is, based on listening to this, no great loss -- hardly Al's best work.

Paul never said Al couldn't release it, he just said he didn't approve of the content of the song because of being a vegetarian, Al chose not to release it, and has since gone vegetarian, so it won't be officially released.
