  • baseball is for retards

  • @beckslemon10090 no, that would be basketball

  • What a stupid game

  • Worst video ever, hold the camera still.

  • this park is too small for mlb players

i think reds should expand it

  • mets suck

  • nice .160 avg fatass

  • this is obviously fake...

    adam dunn hit the ball

  • the guy in front of you has a sweet neck...

  • Adam Dunn is the perfect player for looooooser towns who go ga ga when a freak hits a home run occasionally but sucks every other moment. This cocksucker is so suck, he makes his town suck too!!

  • How far did it go ?

  • Sweet I went to this game cuz I got that camo griffy jr jersey

  • by far most powerfull hitter in the majors

  • 1:41 BOOM!

  • What is this boring stuff?

  • Adam Dunn reminds me of Dave Kingman(the lefty version)They both hit bombs.I am not a white Sox fan,but I do tune in to see what he does in his at bats.Players like him are good for baseball. He's not the best fielder and not such a great runner but those are attributes he really doesnt need if he is DH and if he is clubbing home runs.He is worth the money as long as he produces.

  • @1846alexander He can be very entertaining and very frustrating also . Very much belongs in the AL in my opinion . I watched him for yrs on the Reds and he can drive a fan to drink. But I think he fits well where he is at and I hope he thrives there .I have watched alot of ball and noone reminds me of Dunn when he hits one well . The ball just disappears and its 450 ft away before you can blink

  • U NÉED A BETTER VIEW!!!???????!!!!!!!!?

  • U ne

  • 80% of the time you're sitting there going.. ooooohh.. ahhh... when they refuse to swing 90% of the time!

  • This is the worst. sport. ever. so boring

  • @footieparade troll

  • lmao repeat 1:00 death scream

  • while dunn seems to be a slugger, there are more downs than ups. He is a slow runner, a horrible fielder, and the sox signed him for too much. BUT, i still welcome him for U.S. Cellular being a launching pad. Go sox!

  • Bryce Harper Facts

  • Yeah baby!!!! Adam Dunn is now on my team!!! GO SOX!!!! We got one hell of a team this year!!!!!

  • I'm european, so i don't understand very well the rules of baseball

  • @joaotiagodias I am from planet Earth and I don't give a fuck.

  • Looking forward to many many of these on the South Side! GO SOX!

  • Thumbs up for Dunn comin' to the South Side of Chicago!!!!

  • @COOPERsPLANET I LIKED HIM ON THE NATS! :)

  • @AxeOfFlame i liked him on the reds!! thats where he belongs.

  • @COOPERsPLANET hell ya i was pumped 6 montth ago when i heard that too. went to the cub/sox game tonight at u.s. cellular...as u probably know he's battin like .180 somethin...struck out 2 at bat in a row and he was actually getting boo's on the way back to the dugout. sucks man i like him, but he needs to get outa that funk or all that money's goin to waste.

  • @COOPERsPLANET Dunn sucks i hope he leaves soon

    im a Sox fan

  • @COOPERsPLANET How'd that work out for ya?

  • @COOPERsPLANET well that turned out good didn't it?

  • this is obveously fake...

ther are never this many fans at a reds game

  • @brianf121 LOL DANNG

  • @brianf121 LMAO!!

  • @brianf121 Its the seats

  • the best part of this fantastic video is at 1:26

  • the name of the video rhymes

  • adam dunn is the man!!!

  • Good quality ? check. good seats? check. expensive seats? check. good video

  • I like Dunn- I got to meet him after a Reds game once- really nice guy. Unfortunately, the only way he will keep a job is if he keeps producing homeruns. The minute he stops hitting 30,40, or 50 homeruns a season they will cut him.

  • How much are these seats? 250?

  • He's country strong.

  • I wish he was still a RED!

  • I love Ryan Howard wins an MVP and gets a huge contract for hitting home runs, but his 180+ strikeouts a year are ignored, while Adam Dunn is derided for his strikeout totals and his home run and RBI totals are never mentioned. If I'm not mistaken, Dunn's OBP is higher too.Go Big Donkey!

  • @cacable7 People need to vote more for Dunn in the Home Run Derby he would hit way father than any major league player ever!

  • If they can have an event where a player is an All-Star just because he's from a certain country like they did a few years back, then I don't see why they can't have a special Home Run Derby with the guys who are generally know to hit the farthest balls- Pujols, Dunn, Hamilton, Wily Mo Pena, etc.

  • @cacable7 He is in the Home Run Derby voting polls he is not a write in. He is just loosing horribly in votes!

  • @cacable7 see, the problem is 90 percent of people dont realize that strikeouts dont mean anything if your career obp is 130 points over your average and you knock out 40 hrs a year lol

  • That argument has it's merits, but I just wonder how many RBI's these strikeout kings would have if they could cut their swings down with 2 strikes and get base hits or sac flies. I love Adam Dunn but got tired of him leaving men on base while swinging his dick off with 2 outs in Cincy.

  • wholy shit!

  • Adam dunn is a beast shame hes on nationals but they need him

  • adam dunn is one of the best players that came from the louisville bats

  • i feel like every one that rates 5* lives in cincy

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome video. Keepem coming!!!

  • 1 of the SWEETEST swings ahh the LEFTIES ROCK!

  • adam dunns a beast! Hes my favorite player and I live in Minnesota

  • He is a monster

  • It's a shame he's on the Nats now.

  • hey he still has a .280 AVG. this season.

  • In my opinion, one of the most underrated players in all of baseball. Year in and year out this guy produces runs. It isn't out of the quest that by the time Adam Dunn retires, he can have upwards of near 700 home runs

  • @mpozzessere i agree on the 700 part, but he might also get the mlb record for most strikeouts in a career too haha

  • @mpozzessere not a chance, but he's an amazing player

  • @mpozzessere Amen---- it really does seem like Adam just gets no respect in the media even though he tends to be a very consistent and solid hitter.

  • @mpozzessere and of course thats why he strikes out one out of every 3 times and is batting .143

  • Like Dunn or not. You have to agree he is not on juice! He was big from the get go. So in my opinion he would be the biggest homerun hitter ever that was not on the juice!

  • give dunn his props. hes hitting .280 so far this season, pretty good for anyone and he still hits monster shots.

  • a fuckin monster.

    my fav player by far.

  • sure would take him back on the reds.

  • He would own the home run derby. Every bomb he hits is an absolute bomb. Always appreciated his underated talent.

  • Congrats to Dunn to #300!

  • Damn... everytime he hits a fuckin home run... it is a fucking high one.. like a towering mammoth shot... like a fucking rocket... I mean.. once he hits that Home Run .. it's a no doubter

  • good ass seats

  • Kingman: .278 EqA (.275 adjusted), 115 OPS+, .236/.302/.478, averages 37 HR per 162 games, 51 BB per season, 954 RC (4.8 RC/G)

    Dunn: .300 EqA (.302 adjusted), 131 OPS+, .248/.382/.519, averages 40 HR per 162 games, 115 BB per season, 874 RC (7.3 RC/G)

Dunn is far more valuable as a hitter.

  • Adam Dunn = Dave Kingman

As a Mets fan, been there, done that.

  • Adam Dunn, as a hitter, is in no way similar to Dave Kingman. Adam Dunn hits for a somewhat higher BA and gets on base far more. All Kingman could do was hit HRs. A lineup of Adam Dunns would be much better than a lineup of Dave Kingmans.

  • He is top 5 in HR RBI and leads and Walks. He is top 10 in OBP OPS and 11 in slugging In the NL. I bet you think hitting 40 + HR 5 seasons in a row is pathetic too. Fact is he is one of the greatest power hitters today and gets on base a lot. Btw Ryan Howard strikes out more than Dunn and he won MVP.

  • yea and hes a clean up hitter. WHY WOULD A TEAM WANT THEIR CLEAN UP HITTER TO WALK?? say theres a runner on first i dont want him walking thts the bottom line. plus he strikes out alot and bats 230, at least howard has shown he can hit over 270 also through each of their first four full seasons howard has a higher ba more hr's rbi's hit's and run's

  • well baserunners are the most important and if he cant get a hit or HR at least move the runner over so the next batter has a chance to get him in.

  • yea but he bats 230 and the reds lineup isnt so strong

  • Adam Dunn sucks. Even though he is one powerful hitter, he strikes out way to much. He has mor career strikeouts than games played, honestly I think thats pathetic.

  • natinals suck.... adam dunn = k

  • "Than with the Nats"

    Replace "Nats" with Reds.

  • Dunn so far in '09:

    .296 BA

    .444 OBP (6th NL)

    .582 SLG (11th)

    1.025 OPS (9th)

    8 HR (5th)

26 bases on balls (1st NL)

    24 RBI (6th)

    15 runs scored

  • 162 game averages:

    Cano: 87 runs scored

    Dunn: 100 runs scored

And Dunn played with what was a mediocre lineup (except for like 2 or 3 seasons) that could barely even get on base for him. Otherwise, his RBI and run scored totals would be higher. Dunn now has Nick Johnson and Ryan Zimmerman hitting ahead of him, which probably gives him more RBI chances than with the Nats.

  • i was at this game

  • Nice video! I was at that game in left field. Thats one of the hardest hit home runs I've seen at a game! I was also lucky enough last year to see Jay Bruce hit the walk off against the Atlanta Braves.

  • I'm a Cubs fan but I gotta hand it to ya good job on this vid!

  • either strikeout or homerun beast

  • he is a strikeout machine

  • Outs are outs. It doesn't matter if your strike out or ground out to short. It's still an out. They don't charge you with two outs if you strike out.

Dunn is also a home-run hitting machine. Those are a lot more important than how a player makes outs.

  • Anyway, Dunn is probably the most underrated batter in the majors. Too bad the Sox couldn't get him.

  • true..but were would he play? we already have a great 1st baseman and a really crowded outfield

  • FOR HIM IT'S EITHER A HR OR K.

  • Or a walk (Dunn averages 114 per season).

Batting average is a stupid stat to use when judging players. That's like saying Robinson Cano (career .303 BA) is better than Adam Dunn (.247 BA). Dunn has a career .381 OBP, while Cano only has a .335 OBP.

    Cano lacks discipline.

  • but because of Cano's higher average, he gets more hits, which in the most simplest form, you need in order to score runs.

If I were a baseball player, Id rather hit .300 with 15 homers, 70 rbis, then hit .240 with 40 homers and 110 rbis.

  • y? ur dumb

  • No, you don't need hits. Dunn gets on base a lot more than Cano does.

  • 110 RBIs>70 RBIs

  • Nats Nats Nats!!!!!!!

  • Welcome to D.C Dunn!!!!!!!1

  • i was here

  • He's gonna do great things with the Diamondbacks!

I'm so glad we got him!

  • You won't be glad you got him. I live in Ohio, he sucked.

  • you still glad you got him? haha sucker

  • yay he's with my fav team!

  • fuck yea u see that game last night were he hit a homer

  • no i dont get them on the east coast! i wanted to watch dan haren and jake peavy tonight but i cant!

  • your a fag

  • @Pinguin0112 lol

  • @cheeriopisser2 Damn, did Adam Dunn sleep with your mom and kill your dog? Come on bro he's one of the surest things in baseball....380 OBP, 35+ HRs and 100 RBIs guaranteed....

  • Finally he's gone. He said "he's happy he's going to a 1st place team" We'll Adam if you could hit better than a .233 maybe the reds couldve been in 1st place. It's a team sport and if your team isn't in 1st place your to blame too. guess why? because YOUR part of the team!!!! bye bye Adam DONE I wished it could've come sooner..you can't hit shit....

  • thn why does he lead the majors in hrs hes actually the best power hitter in the nl besides pujols (5 straight 40 hr seasons)

  • Poopholes is averaging 124 runs scored and 126RBI per 162 games played. Dunn is averaging 102 runs and 96 RBI per 162.

He is actually averaging 40 homers and only 96RBI per 162 games. This is the worst hitter baseball has seen in the modern era.

  • ok u have proved me wong but worst hitter? cmon what about andruw jones

  • Jones is .259 for his career, that's 12 points higher than dunn. Jones is averaging 100 RBI per 162 to Dunn's 96.

Gotta throw in the fact that Dunn is averaging 50 more strikeouts per season...as a lefty (there is a considerable advantage to being a lefty).

  • hee hee poopholes

  • yea hes only hitting 233 with 32 homeruns and 80 rbis know ur stats before u start assuming shit u fucking queer

  • ok motherfucker his obp is godly learn baseball idc what his batting average is

  • Hope he's back next year. Reds have a habit of trading players who become all stars with other teams...just look at Josh Hamilton.

  • ...and he's now an Arizona Diamondback.

  • I believe we got...ummm...I can't remember his name. He was an allstar starting pitcher this year. He is 14-5 with a 2.86ERA, probably the best pitcher in the NL, Umm...who is that guy.

  • That guy the Reds got is now 15-5 with a 2.73ERA... what's his name.

  • edinson volquez

  • Awesome, man! Almost like being there.

  • hey i was at that game yesterday...i was like the section over from where the ball went i was in section 121 in right field awesome comeback almost gave it back in the 9th NICE VID man
