I'm sorry you might not like the band (though they were a huge hit at our convention) or our 2009 commercial. Even with how much some people disliked the commercial others loved it and our attendance still increased by 3000. We are not competing with any convention, including Otakon, both being Non-profit, both promoting Asian culture, and both being volunteer based.

You also never said what specifically was so horrifying about Sakura-con. If you have any constructive criticism or advice we are always open to suggestion to make Sakura-con more fun and run more smoothly. What for example would make Sakura-con in your opinion a GOOD convention

Let me clarify his statement. The girls have their own Wikipedia articles individually and with Morning Musume and several sub-groups, (not to mention dozens of fan sites) but not as this unit Hangry & Angry. Why is that a big deal? Because after 10 years with Up-Front management, they are finally coming to America. With their previous contract they had thousands of fans in the US waiting for their arrival... nobody is waiting for NonDairyYogurt.

Who plays which day depended on a lot of things. What the bands wanted, what japanfiles wanted, other things in their personal schedule, etc. We try to accommodate the guests wishes as much as possible while keeping the over all schedule balanced.

Well, either that (which was up to 8 years ago...), or the real english lessons japanese - according to rumors - recieve for education... and I guess watching subbed stuff like Prison Break and Angelina movies gave them a hint how to pronounce the language... at least a little closer to common engrish XD
