The band who played this originally is called dio, the vocalist, dio, has been in black sabbath previously, he's termed as one of the most powerful voices in heavy metal. If a guy like this isn't a legend in your opinion and this track here is not well known to you, probably it's just because you aren't familiar with the genre. Most metal fans will say that this song is a fucking hit.
