This is not the worlds steepest street. The steepest street I know is in Morgan Hill, California, USA. Your car pretty much needs a running start to climb it. I don't know the name of it though.

Nope. It clearly states in the guiness book of records that this is the steepest street.

For this street you basically need to drive a stick shift(in first gear) in order to climb up this road. Trust me, appearances can be decieving. Its uch steeper than it looks in this video.
