Basically it just means that someone has put that song on there without a liesence. So if it says this I would not download it. If it does this on every song. Try downloading the new version of limewire.

@TheCoconutFactory just coz it dont have lisence dont mean its unsafe, I download alot of songs and so far all of them havent had a lisence and theres nothin wrong with any of those copies and no virses.
