The facts were these. The television program "Pushing Daisies" was 1 month, 2 days, 12 hours, and 1 minute old when an unfortunate strike forced production to stop with only nine episodes for that season. Though the show was not canceled, momentum wound down and waned, and no matter how many times it was touched the next season the viewership refused to spring back to life. And so, unfortunately, at 1 year, 1 month, 18 days and three minutes old, Pushing Daisies died.

this is one of those shows that are so authentic and amazing, the network should have backed it and said.... fuck ratings... this show needs to be made... (i know, I'm naive, I know that's how the industry works... but fuck that... I stick to my guns)
They only played the entire theme song once in the entire series- and that was in the first episode when Chuck wakes up in Neds bed, beginning her first day of her new life. Its really a shame abc canclled this show, it was truly the only TV series on the air right now that I liked, besides nbc's "Chuck", and they tried booting that show off too. But luckliy its still on (for now) so I won't completly die of boredom... MAKE NED BRING THIS SHOW BACK TO LIFE!!!

So many memorable moments of this show. I frigging wish it was still on.
The plastic kiss,
holding my own hand,
Olive's bursts into song,
The narrator was probably the most memorable.
