Thanks! Lots of water and cardio! I do a little weight training but that's about it. 45 minutes of cardio a day will make a huge difference!
I don't eat a whole lot of fatty foods, If I do I try to make a healthy alternative. I like buffalo wings, so if I have to have them I bake them. I watch my carb intake too!
