Like the second i see the +10 go up on my screen my thumb just hits square (PS3).

I always die from that. Which is why I use a P90, to sort of calm those itchy fingers and try to not always reload.

how do u get a golden ak and how do you vid it? i mean if u vid ur tv u got bad quality right?

You need to complete all the challenges for all the weapons of the class in which the golden weapon you want is. For example do all marksman and headshots (expert) challenges for all assault rifles to get the Golden AK-47. As for recording I use a capture card.

I have a 360 only. My friend who used to have a PS3 had the same problem, but he didn't know how to fix it or play online so he got a 360 for CoD4. Call Sony's customer support or something.
