@MORTUARY44 The 775 has more torque than the 2x 550 motors but you need to do a little work on the motor plate to mount it on the older E-Maxx

The new E-Maxx uses the same gearbox as the Summit that the Titan 775 is from

how hard is it to install the 775 motor on the 3906 emaxx? i have the 3906 and i love it i do everything that i can do with a 3906... no difference but i do wanna switch to a single 775 motor maybe ill get some better run time. can u plz tell me like a partslist that i need to switch and kinda wat i have to do? kinda summerize it quick plzzz and thnx =]

Not hard at all You can dremel the stock motor plate

or make a custom mount like the one I have

You can see the motor mount between 2:00 and 2:25

I made a custom mount in my 3906

but it's not that hard to mount it on the 3905

you could use the Summit mount (same tranny as in the 3905 )

I think you would get much more power to swap out the speed control and put in 2 x 7 cells.

You could try Zippy lipo's hooked up tto the speed control as well. Fine for water and a lot more kick than those batterys you're using
