If your one-on-one shoot low and hard or curl it if you have the skill.

If you want to shoot high lean back and hit the ball just under the middle with 80% power.

If your further out or on the volley go high.

ok look.. to shoot the ball high,, place your foot under the ball... to shoot low place it in the middle of the ball. to shoot low shoot it with the side of your foot.. really simple...
