  • Now I just have to find the commercial free version. Nothing ruins a video more than advertising at the beginning.

  • hole closed up on me..

  • All over your lies, sunlight brings the rage 'round in your eyes

the guitar right after this blows me away, everytime! thank you, Dino jr.

  • damn these guys still rock in 2011 dinosaur jr please stay(even when your on your death bed you'll be jamming with stacks and stacks right by your heads)

  • probably the best video I´ve ever seen in my entire life!

  • Niccee :P

  • favorite song from them.

  • awesome

  • such an amazing song.

  • no way dude! that base player guy, he kicked ass too!!!

  • Dave Grohl, possibly the only phony ever in Nirvana. I never liked Foo Fighters.

  • Fool Fighters

  • Don't be such a jerk, yes Foo Fighters are probably my all time favorite band, but come on, Nirvana was good to.

  • yeah, 20 years ago..i

  • Dinosaur jr is a band Kurt Cobain loved so much.Actually, Dinosaur Jr are similar to Pixies! Great, great bands all of them.Nirvana,Dinosaur Jr,Pixies. \m/

  • Out of all of them, I slightly prefer Dinosaur Jr - although Bug and You're Living All Over Me were equalled by Doolittle and Surfer Rosa, which in turn were equalled by Nevermind and In Utero...

It takes a seriously special band to reform after nearly 20 years and put out something even close to as good as Beyond.

Sure the Pixies reunion tour was great and Grohls still doing great stuff - but theyre either repeating themselves or doing something different-Dino has nailed the longevity factor

  • Yep, they sure have. They still sound the same after all these years.

  • So nice.

  • this record never disappoints. i can remember where i was the first time i heard it. everytime i hear it now, it's like no time has moved!!! it's perfect

  • I love this song so much, hits me like a ton of bricks every time I hear this tune

  • There are no words to describe how this song makes me feel

  • Forget all the analysis just listen & enjoy.

  • until the 2:30 point the head melody is sang by both Lee Ranaldo of Sonic Youth and J Mascis. after 2:30 it's Mascis alone. As to why he did it like this? I have no clue. It's kind of an interesting choice.

I love Lee's vocals. He should have his own fricking band.

  • one of the greatest albums from it's time. perfect from beginning to end. the lee renaldo gust appearance only made it that much more awesome.

  • such a great band... shame that they dont get the coverage they deserve!

  • One of my favorites forever! It kills me.

  • für mich eins ihrer schönsten lieder.

    großartige sound-strukturen.

  • Great song.

  • this song spreads emotion throuout my body.

  • l love the fact that you are from Chile. Music transcends any & all barriers.

  • one of the most beautiful anthems of the grunge period. And probably the sweetest and saddest band ever. I would hope to see them here in Chile, think it would be a magical moment.

  • my favorite dino song and video! awesome!

  • my favorite dino song

  • does anyone know if theres a name for this particular style of video?

  • I wish I knew

  • I've always wanted to know how to make videos like this, check out Bronx Cheer by Mercury Rev and You Made Me Realise by My Bloody Valentine, they have videos in a similar vein to this.

  • i believe this falls somewhere in the awesome category of video-making

  • Collage maybe?

  • jay is one of the greatest singer/guitarist of all time...screw it this band is one of the greatest of all time

  • You're Living All Over Me is one of the greatest rock albums ever waxed. This is fact not opinion.

  • Dinosaur rules !!!!!! "bug" one of the best records.

  • It felt like I was the only person in the world who loves Dinosaur Jr, glad to see I was wrong lol. I put this on in the car and people look at me like I put on a taping of a Hitler rally. Some people have no taste I guess ;)

  • I love this song!

  • Man, this band is such an obvious influence on Nirvana. I mean, the vocals, the dynamics, everything.

  • Dinosaur predated Nirvana. They were one of Kurt's favourite bands

  • i never tired of this song

  • damn good vid

  • sonic youth t-shirt at 1.54

  • awesome song, awesome video, great band

  • the planet has run away from me...

  • wow, this is the most brilliant song.

  • best song evar

  • Dino will never grow old on me.

  • This video is something even acid can't even accomplish. Great song though!

  • then i read about all those who bleed

  • he says " then i read about all those who believe all of your lies, sunlight brings the rage right in your eyes"

  • I always thougth is was:

Then i read, bout all those who bleed. All the million lives, sunligth brings the rainclouds in your eyes"

It sounds more poetic to me...

  • J.Mascis rules!!!

  • omg awesome! thank u!! love this band! love this video.

  • You're Living All Over Me... easily the best Dino Jr record. This song is second only to "The Lung"

  • OMG,ilove Dinosaur jr!

  • "You're Living All Over Me" brokes my head and my heart a lot of times!

Makes me remember 90's skateboarding sessions!

    Really shine days!

    rgr

  • one of best D. Jr song

  • Wunderbar!

  • great song by an underated band ('least where i live...)

thank god theyre having a get together tour

  • If these guys had stopped at just "Dinosaur" and "You're Living All Over Me", they'd STILL be the best fucking band of all time.

  • I love this song. It's pure bliss to the ears.

  • Amazing song from an amazing album

  • Dinosaur Jr are the best!!

  • You're Living All Over Me has got so many great songs on it.

Saw Dino jr. with J, Lou, Murph back in the 80s in amherst. loud ass show but great stuff.

  • me sboro addosso sempre con litle fury things...

I THINK THE SAME THINGS OF YOU JPVetter.. THIS BAND IT'S AMAZINGLY COOL BUT COOL AT THE "RIGHT" WAY :P

  • This is one of the best songs I've ever heard and best videos I've ever seen. fuck the Grammy's! Dinosaur jr. is incredibly amazing!

  • This is an awesome song...

  • favorite dinosaur jr song, and now one of my favorite vids.

  • this song is to amazing! From the best record ever!!!!!!!!!

  • pepinazo!

  • That is a condensed version of my life in 1990...btw, Mike Watt is a really nice guy, and not in dino jr.

  • noticing no hate on this page ... i think that says it all

  • really cheap video clip..but it fits to the mood of this song. i have been loving it for 15 years and i choose it as best song of dinosaur jr.

  • exelente bacan super archimostro tema de dinosaur jr tremenda la guitarra

  • they have the greatest music videos

  • *Insert crazy yelling here*

  • im loving it

  • Rabbit always smashes me. Again I crawl.

  • Lots of rhymes in "crawl".

  • That my second favorite Dinosaur Jr song. Its so beautiful and peaceful yet it has some hardness to it. Great song.

  • yes

    exactly

  • Damn this takes me back to my high school years! Reminds me of hanging out, skateboarding and getting fukked up.

  • Me too Smitty. I always thought Dinosaur was the ultimate "slacker" band. I don't know if I was ever sober/straight while listening to their cd's. I love Dinosaur.

  • THE BEST SONG EVER.

  • One of the best songs ever written.

  • Unintentional or not, seems like ~2:27-2:28 is a Minutemen, "Double Nickels On The Dime" reference. Anyone else see that? :\

    Great song, in any case.

  • Everyone in the indie/underground scene loved Mike Watt and the Minutemen. I'm going to take an educated guess and say it was intentional. :b

  • And you're a dumb ass. Watt toured with J and the Fog, but was never in Dino Jr. And he's supposed to be a genuinely good human being, not hateful like you, douchebag.

  • This song fucking rocks, so cool! I remember this from years ago.

  • I remember how I thought I knew everything back then and had no clue. To get it back....priceless

  • Awesome! Lots of good memories...

  • Una de las canciones que mas me hace sentir vivo,el mejor single de los Dinosaur Jr y pensar que esta cancion es de 1987 sonando casi atemporal

  • Great song, I love it!

  • Heh, I remember this from 1996. I had friends who were into the whole "alternative" music scene back when you could still call it "alternative"... wow, I had friends? That takes me back... anyway, they were big fans of Dinosaur Jr.

  • were they wearing black?

constant frown? Hated everyone that was different? Maybe I was standing next to you.

  • Heh, no. It was more of a hippy scene, they were into Grateful Dead, Phish, Akoustic Hookah, that sort of thing.

  • "stretched in miles not in yards"

  • then awl "read about those who bleed" after that still gives me chills.

  • I always heard it as ''Then I read, about all those who believe all of your lies''

  • Ahh what an exellent band, how good is this song!

Brings back a lot of pre wife and kids memories lol

  • the intro to this song is probably my favorite thirty seconds of music. gorgeous distortion.

  • you should listen to 'My Bloody Valentine'

  • where you been and your living all over me are my 2 favourite albums, i saw these guys play with nirvana back in the haydays of seattle

now we have gay shit like foo fighters and tenacious d who actually believe they are better than all these bands cuz their so arrogant they have their heads in their ass

  • You know Tenacious D is just joking about being the best.

  • jokes are ment to be funnt thats just lame jack blacks a no talent hack

  • D: Jack Black doesn't really have any musical talent, but Tenacious D can be funny. Some of their songs and their HBO show was funny, but not their movie.

  • poppy cock K ted, musical talent is to existentail for you to determine it's extent. how creative was Picasso ?

  • i pesonally thing green mind was the hayday but living all over me was also great

  • once upon a time where even an ugly fuker but with talent could actually sell records.

  • when did they ever sell records?

  • You're Living All Over Me is Dinosaur's best. Perfectly bridges the gap between punk and Neil Young. J Mascis is a genius!

  • if you've never listened before to dino jr. and this is your first song (my case a couple of years ago) you can't help loving them

  • i saw this when i was 16

on acid ....thats over 20 years ago!!!!

is that right???? i love this song and video

  • fuckin sneaky rabbits, dude...j always had a hard time with them....also, on a related note: please bring back good music...even the indie/underground bands are beginning to sound like manufactured corporate slime

  • i 100% agree. listen to the cribs, the lead singer ryan jarman is kind of the new ambassador against commercialising indie rock.

  • Yeah, but he's an annoying Yorkshire tit. Sorry to all you Yorkshiremen out there, but my Dad's one, and I'm a crappy half-breed so I'm allowed to be rude.

  • Plus he claimed he concieved Live 8.

  • Which he didn't.

  • Great vid, does the song good!

  • This seems a differently produced version to the one on the album, much clearer, different mix.

  • If I had to venture a guess as to what this song might mean (even though it means something different to everyone else)is that it is a metaphor for a bad relationship...

  • Kim Deal @ 2:06? I know J produced Breeder albums. Who's the dancing girl in the bathroom?

  • cool song hearing them for a long time and still going

  • lol nice burn armieoreos

  • symbolism

  • Looooove!!!

  • This is my favorite song of theirs, the

distorted guitar noises blows my mind

  • This is my favorite Dinosaur Jr. song

  • Esta banda esta de puta madre, esa fender jazzmaster suena que te cagas...esa es la virtus de J mascis!!

  • anti-pop!

  • Really mad

  • i never realised but the biffy clyro video for questions and answers stole this videos squiggly lines!

  • LOVE it.

  • God we're getting old.

  • getting old? we've been old a while now.

  • Yeah, it just gets so painfully apparant when you realize how long ago stuff that feels like yesterday actually is.

  • hahahahaha, I'm 11. This song is really funny 'cause it's about a damn bunny. *wails guitar solo about a bunny*

  • No, its not about a bunny. But you are 11 so i cant expect you to understand what this is about (or any other song for that matter).

Go back to school, youll have a brighter future if you do.

  • yes it is. "The rabbit falls away from me/I guess I'll crawl." stupid ass.
