@woodzo40 My friend that's your personal preference but everybody's different. Wearing a hat can be really stressful and can agitate the person and the cap sits right on the hairline. I say whoever has the money should invest wisely in a treatment suited to their preference.
A hair transplant is costly but my god man the results are permanent, which would you rather have?
@Freedomcostmoney a bald head. Oh i was going to do it but im 31 now. I have 3 bald friends and 2 sheve there heads. i still have 90 percent of my hair. when i lose the rest so what. Its not worth the money.
Contact me. Believe. English is not very good. the world will be surprised. Hair loss is the real reason is very simple. That's incredible. I solved will be pleasantly surprised. I know I am a single! Hold my hand. give light to the world. Young people shed hair. Inadvertently turning our two movements. Do you know? EVERYONE will win!
hey does that work only if you had hair loss ? or ...(i know this might sound stupid ) ...works also if u had no probleme a all but you wanted to change your hair since you don't like yours ? if not is there any chance of what i just mentioned ?
@xelbaga1987 I know what you mean, usually this is a question of african american women in vanity to change their hair into permanent european weaves.
If this is your question then an other donor other than your head is only an identical twin. Foreign donor is possible but you will have to find a match and use medication so your organism does not discard the donor part. I mean like kidney transplant you get medication for that but kidney is essential to live, hair transplant is only for beauty!
@xelbaga1987 So having a foreign donor is not the best thing for a cosmetic procedure.
Of course what usually people can do (and I've seen it) is when you are totally bald and have VERY few hair and you do not want body hair to be transplanted to your head... they simply put micro-rings in the head where they secure fake hair that do not grow or real hair that do not grow.
It is like having a weave sew-in but literally attached to the head and you need to plug the few strands at each plug.
Fuck that shit. I would rather shave my head when the time comes. Since my dad lost his frontal hair Im guessing I will do the same. So yeah SHAVE THAT shit. Cause if it doesnt work you will end up shaving it anyways and have scars
I've 3MM plugs that were done in 1982 that still have 75% hair transplanted. Single hairs and doubles are much more vulnerable to adaptation of surrounding tissue issues, there's less meat there, smaller islands in a sea of hostile territory. My transplants in the 1990's FUE transplants are 2/3 GONE.
A regimen of saw palmetto worked to save the rest. My opinon is the smaller the "plug" the less viability and long term resistance to fallout.
I would do four and five hair FU over the top and crown scalp hair with doubles and singles up front, or body hair, arm, leg, chest, back, which lives quite nicely in hostile territory including scars, sprinkled everywhere for density.
That's just my opinion, I got my medical degree from SEARS, but I do have forty years hairtransplant personal experience.
@forhair I have a hard time believing any of this, sorry. None of the people with transplants are ever satisfied. And in all the transplant videos i see on youtube (I mean ALL the videos on youtube) patients always brush the hair backwards. why? Is it because if they brush it downwards the bald scalp will show? I think that's the case.
You need to check out SAW PALMETTO, a herb that worked for me when Propecia and Minoxidil did NADA.
Stopped hair loss dead in its tracks after forty years of fruitless results other wise.
Saved my hair, hair transplants, and although nothing new grew, what was at rest grew at the same time hair stopped falling out, adding about 20% volume.
can any one tell me about good kind of medications wich will give a good result. i want at least to save the hair that i have right now i dont wanna lose anyhair again. and when i will have money enough i will certainly make a hairtransplant.
the only thing that works my friend is proscar but when i took it i had tremendous side effects,i took it for 6 month and throw it at the garbage.yellow seamen depression hypoglykemia,to name few.try topicals ,regain with some penetretion agents, keep your hair as long as you can, make a good budget of money and at 30 to 32 go fuck the bitch with a ht
its really hard to say, different things work for different ppl, but def stay away from propecia, it has very dangerous side effects. my best advice would be to just maintain a very healthy lifestyle- good diet, work out, keep low stress level, dont smoke, and do some scalp massaging, good luck, oh also try nioxin or nism shampoos, to block dht
hello guys im 22 years old and im suffering of receding hailines. it makes me look realy older than my age . my father was compeletly bald and i have tried to use many of medications, but none gave any good result. i have tried to even injection which thay call it miezotherapy or mesotherapy i dont know . and i got nothing but pain in my head and swelling of my lymph node. then i stopped tring anything. but im still so dissapointed and very frustrated of this receding hailiness.
I'm 20 and I'm like a diffuse nw2... I'm thinking about getting a hair transplant to cover the front half of my head and get the hairline back to the way it was and take dustasteride and minox to thicken up the crown. Is this a good idea? and also I'm aware that hairloss will progress and I may not have enough donor hair to keep up but by the time I have to deal with that hair cloning/multiplication will be available to that will be a non-issue.
Wait until 15 to 20 years from now. The guy is going to look ridiculous. He'll have doll hair at the front hairline, the other grafts will appear to be obvious grafts, and the donor site will be plainly evident. No matter what any of these doctors say, even the good doctors, this is the consequence of even the best hair transplants. As you continue to age, you still continue to lose hair. So the backing hair that mixes in with the grafts will disappear, and you're left with just grafts.
he's right. as you age you lose much more hair so the grafts will become very obvious, that is unless you have another transplant. but there is only so much donor hair so having another one 15-20 years down the road may not be possible. as you age the donor hair isn't the same quality.
Not all cases. Think about what your saying. There are gentlement 70+ years old gatting hair transplants from their donor sites being all white. I went in for one last week (had my corners done) I am 43 years old and based on my familys hair, the balding stabilized for my father and uncles who were in their 40's. This stabilization makes for a prime candidate for hair transplantation as the hair loss is not expected to progress further. 14-20 years down the road a cure will emerge by then.
well of course if you have a transplant at 70 it's easy to determine that more hairloss shouldn't occur and easy to assess if the donor hair is suitable. however you have to agree that should one have a transplant in their early 30's one doesn't know how much further hairloss will occur and how much donor hair will still be useful taking into consideration the amount of hair used for the initial transplant may limit another transplant down the road. at your age this isn't really a problem.
So don't contradict yourself in saying that the older you become, the quality of your donor hair deteriorates. I will agree however, that one should consider a transplant whil in their 40's. Ask any transplant physician around and they will also concur..that your 40's is where most of your loss will stabilze. When I had my transplant, I was a Norwood Scale 3. Progressed to that scale since age 32, then it stopped.
it didn't contradict myself. it's true that for some individuals as you age the donor hair isn't suitable. so say you have a transplant at 30 and they use many many grafts. it could happen that you need another transplant at 50 and the donor hair isn't the same quality because of age and the quantity isn't there. what do you do then? this does happen.
as we age the texture and thickness of our hair changes. even on the sides and back, though it doesn't fall out. sometimes the hair gets finer and the body changes. if the hair isn't thick anymore then you won't get great scalp coverage. that is what doctors means when they say "quality". they mean the thickness and body and the sides and back.
Definitely not, see a dermatologist and see if you can't start taking finasteride to slow it down and if you're lucky even stop it.
If you progress to norwood 3 by 25 to 30 then you can consider looking into it. I don't think anyone with less than a norwood 3 should look into transplants and you should be a t least 25 years old and have tried finasteride for a year or more.
Thanks mate. You won't beleive this. No one has ever seen my head for over 3 years now. Every picture, every time I go out I wear a cap. I even sleep with it. I shaved my head and still wear a cap. Now it has grown like an inch but I still have my cap. Everybody, and I mean, everybody always asks me to remove my hat, even in formal presentation and I still do not get rid of it. In class, playing sports, playing pool, everywhere and of course, the most extreme, sleeping with my cap.
I understand being self conscious about it, i wore a hat a lot in my early twenties and was sheepish to take it off in front of girls, but its gotta come off sometime.
Its practical to wear outdoors for protection, I definitely understand your confidence issue, you really aren't that bad off it sounds. As the years go by if you are on the medicine you will likely stabalize and your peers will likely begin thinning, it will start to even out in your mid twenties, then you can decide about an HT.
Fear not. Companies like Follica (and to a lesser extent, Intercytex) are closing in on a permanent solution (whether it be hair follicle regeneration (!!!), hair multiplication, or out-and-out cloning. It's not a question of if, but when...and we're not talking ten years away anymore, but sooner. So even getting a transplant now isn't a bad idea, because eventually there won't be any such thing as having a limited donor supply (only a limited supply of money to spend on your hair, lol).
everybody saying he is good doctoe etc but no 1 tell howmuch is coast .dr bosley hair transplantation is like 14000$ to 15000$ at list so ...how much this guy charge ./.
