When i'm doing this operation I usually don't even bother using the ultrasound. I just use the scalpel. If you're careful it might just give u a higher score on it.

i remeber i was soooo awesome at new blood but the wii version of UTK WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD! I HATED IT! BUT the DS UTK2 looks ALOT better

In all of the previous games, it takes another hit after zero to kill the patient. In other words when the vitals reach -1(although it never shows this number) it's game over.

You can have 0 vitals but you can't have -1 vitals(it doesn't show you -1, it just gives you a game over).

So, while you can have 0 vitals for a second or longer, once it drops to negative 1, game over.

Sometimes when I'm messing around on operations I've already done for fun, I'll deliberately knock the vitals to zero before putting on the bandage. Kills my score, but it's fun.
