Hey Dr. Ian, I just started watching your videos and they're all excellent, very inspirational! I've got a few questions for you - I've got some postural abnormalities including anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders that are quite noticeable. I've also got this odd one where my forearm seems to bend laterally from the elbow (whilst forearm/wrist is supinated), not sure how else to explain it. Will visiting a chiropractor help rectify these abnormalities? Also, where are you located? Thanks!
