I heard that Daisuke was sick...he has problems with his heart..and he couldn't play anymore...and that's the reason why they broke up....but don't know for sure..

That's not true. He may have some heart problems (not entirely sure), but it doesn't keep him from performing.
He's the lead singer for The Studs right now, after all.

Daisuke's had problems with his heart since infancy. There's a chance that it will just give up any day, this is why they named the band Kagerou -- because mayflies also have a very short life span. It's not the reason why the broke up though.
