I commented before, but I'd like to add Guy, Carmen & Company actually got this right on their 1934 remake, and that's one I wish someone would upload a nice sounding copy of.
Something a bit incongruent about these white bread Royal Canadian boys singing those racy blues lyrics like, "...if you don't like my peaches, why do you shake my tree?" etc. But it's fun anyway...
haha, I love the piano improv to the vocals...very funny, especially the ascending scale surrounding the having 49 women and needing one more... I have never heard these lyrics before to the SLB. Really enjoyed this one!!
