looking back to shore, where hundreds of fleshly spirits were honouring and drumming down the setting sun... the most vibrant RAINBOW danced over their heads! I still remember that vision, the sounds, the smell, vibrations to this very day! Mahalo for the sweet inspiration to REMEMBER!

I had one of the most amazing experiences of my life on Little Beach! It was a Sunday afternoon, and there were a whole family of whales out in the ocean. Everyone swam far and wide, to get close to them... as did I with a friend. Swimming under the water, you could hear the sounds/songs of the whales and dolphins! I could feel their vibrations and see them so close. We spent a good hour floating with these cosmic sea creatures, and as the sun was setting in the distance....

i go to makena every now and then for the Sunday drum circle,its a little too much for me sometime because their are a lot of perverts that hang out there,it grosses me out,but at times the drum circle is amazing,it all depends on who is jamming,there is a great fire dance there too ,i was raised on maui ..

I like that "the busy and expensive disease management factory". Yes, it's very much like a factory - people are treated like objects on an assembly line, very dehumanizing. Most health care workers entered the profession with good intentions but quickly become burned out - due to the systems dysfunctional expectations causing them to treat people like "objects" - which probably causes suppressed anger, then they project it on the "ill" people! What a very toxic environment! CHANGE NEEDED!

AWESOME! I so totally agree ~we should all follow our dreams, esp. when we're young & haven't started raising a family etc. I toured Europe in a VW bus which my b/friend & I fitted out beautifully on a tiny street in Germany after loaning a few tools from a stranger who later became a friend. We had minimal $, yet were able to spend 10,5mths touring ALL over Europe in the comfort of our very own home. We also skied for 2mths in Austria but after 3 cold weeks in the VW, moved into a B'nB.
