  • The angle is very deceptive. They actually had a small lead throughout the race and managed to hold off a late charge by Green Lake. The race was a lot closer than it appears at the end.

  • It may have looked better from shore but they definitely did have a killer sprint and no trouble walking through all the competition. For the record, I'm not biased I row for Mt. Baker and have no other preferences. Great job Sammamish, a belated second set of congratulations
