As a Ball State student I don't support the fact that someone assaulted someone, because it actually is assault. What is stupid about the whole situation is how big of a deal the administration made this out to be. They did it in a dumb way but mentioning specifics about the assault "slapped on the buttocks." They should have just said, someone was assaulted and moved on.
