my file is originally the full show .rmvb at about 500mb, then i convert to mpeg-2 with "Allok RM RMVB to AVI MPEG DVD Converter", then I split the files with "AVI MPEG RM WMV Splitter", then I convert the files again with Windows Movie Maker to .wmv so they are on average 30-50mb per song, while the quality is the exact same as the 100+mb mpeg file.

Thanks, I'll try it =)~ I have using premeire pro making video...but when I use it convert to WMV... the quality become so bad =P~ AVI is fine.. but not work for WMV... I'll try convert to AVI and try use Allok one to convert to WMV =)~ hope it work fine for me.
